Our team checks payments through online banking and activates your service within 24 hours.
Receipts and tax invoices
- Tax invoices are issued through Thailand's e-Tax Invoice system and sent by email. They are valid for tax filing.
- You can download past receipts yourself in the customer portal.
- If you haven't received yours within 2 weeks, please contact us right away. We reserve the right not to issue documents retroactively.
- Thai companies may withhold 3% tax on invoices of 1,000 THB or more. The original tax invoice is sent once we receive your withholding tax certificate.
