Do I need a domain first?
No. When you order hosting you'll be asked for the domain you want, and if it's available you can register it in the same order. If you already own a domain elsewhere, you can transfer it to us, or keep it where it is and point its nameservers to us.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is space on a server that is always connected to the internet, where your website's files, database and email are stored, so anyone can open your site at any time. You pay yearly and we take care of the server, network and security for you.
Which websites can I run?
Any website built with PHP and MySQL — WordPress, WooCommerce, Joomla, OpenCart, Laravel and so on — as well as plain HTML sites. You can choose the PHP version your site needs in the control panel.
Do you back up my website?
Yes. Your website and databases are backed up automatically every day, and backups are kept for 7 days, so you can restore to any of the last 7 days.
Is SSL really free?
Yes. Every plan includes a free Let's Encrypt certificate, installed for you and renewed automatically, so your site always shows the padlock.
How can I pay?
Pay online by PromptPay QR or credit/debit card when you order, or transfer to our company bank account and send us the payment slip. See How to pay for details.
Can my company deduct withholding tax?
Yes. Thai companies may withhold 3% on invoices of 1,000 THB or more. We issue the original tax invoice once we receive your withholding tax certificate.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
Yes. You can cancel and ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment date.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
